Q: I live in Chicago but I have a house in Scottsdale that I need checked on at least once a week. Can you help?
AW: Thats why we're here. Through our Individual Services Division, we will check on the home, make sure there are no leaks, power issues, broken windows, weeds and etc. - whatever you desire.
Q: If something is broken and needs repair, can you help?
AW: Absolutely. Upon finding a problem, we notify you immediately. We can schedule a repair with a preferred vendor, or you can use your own. Either way we will open the property, make sure the repair has been completed, lock it all up when we leave.
Q: I work for a bank and we have 52 homes that we acquired from builders and/or homeowners that need to be kept up to snuff. Do you do that?
AW: Yes. Through our Corporate Services Division we aid banks, trustees, builders and investors in the care of their multiple properties. By paying us a small fee for what we do, you avoid HOA fines, municipal fines, and the headaches of having to keep an eye on various properties. And, if the properties are for sale, you know they will be presented in the best possible light, thus more than covering our nominal fee.
Q: What if we use you and later decide to sell our property, can you help?
AW: Yes. We have developed a strategic partnership with a highly respected, locally based real estate brokerage firm, Roney & Associates Realty. They are well known for providing exceptional service and value for their clients. Through our partnership, we make sure the property is clean while they work to find a buyer.
Q: What do your services cost?
AW: Fees are based on the number of properties we care for, the specific services desired and the frequency we visit. We are committed to keeping our fees low in order to better serve our customers. For more information, please contact Michelle at our main office number.
Q: Do you keep logs of each visit?
AW: Yes, we log the date and time of each visit, and complete a checklist for each property during each visit. We DO NOT simply drive by a property to check on it. We go in each room and walk the entire property to make sure there are no problems or issues that need to be addressed.
Q: I have a luxury estate in Paradise Valley that I send guests down to on a regular basis. I would like to have the Sub Zero stocked with food and beverages and the a/c turned on when my friends arrive. Can you help with those things?
AW: Certainly. Our Luxury Services Division was designed specifically for clients who desire additional assistance beyond just caring for their property.
